We are looking for a Learning & Organizational Development Lead to join our Learning & Development team, reporting to the Global OD & Learning Director.

This role serves as a senior partner and internal advisor to the business, while also owning the design and execution of cross-company learning and OD processes. The Lead translates business challenges into learning and OD roadmaps for specific business units, and at the same time drives company-wide initiatives such as performance management, the engagement survey, and leadership development from concept to impact.

You will work closely with business leaders, HRBPs, and global stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that strengthen performance, capability, and culture across the organization.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic learning and OD partner to assigned business units, identifying needs and shaping effective solutions in collaboration with leaders and HRBPs.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, capability building, team dynamics, and change.

Translate business challenges into learning and OD roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities.

Lead end-to-end learning and OD initiatives within business units, from needs analysis and design through execution and evaluation.

Own and run cross-company OD and learning processes, including the annual performance management cycle, the engagement survey (design, deployment, analysis, and follow-through), and leadership development programs across all management levels.

Design and develop learning solutions, including content curation, learning journeys, workshops, and supporting materials.

Design and run engaging learning communications campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and sustained engagement with learning programs across the organization.

Create engaging learning experiences that spark curiosity, increase participation, and build a culture of continuous learning across a global audience.

Define, track, and improve impact using adoption metrics, behavior change indicators, engagement data, and business KPIs.

Manage relationships with external vendors and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality learning and OD content.

Leverage the LMS/LXP platform to deploy programs, track participation, and report on outcomes and ROI.

Stay current with trends in organizational development, leadership, and learning, and bring best practices into the company.

Required Learning & Development Specialist
The L&D Operations role is responsible for the end-to-end administration and operational delivery of global learning and development initiatives. This position owns training logistics, vendor coordination, LMS administration, compliance tracking, reporting, and learning data management to ensure a seamless and high-quality employee learning experience.
This role requires strong English communication skills (written and verbal), a highly service-oriented mindset, and the ability to partner effectively with leaders and stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
This is an ideal second role for someone with prior experience in HR, L&D coordination, training administration, or program operations who is looking to expand ownership and strategic exposure.
Responsibilities:
Training Course Operations
Manage the end-to-end coordination and execution of management development, soft skills, and team-based training programs delivered in Israel HQ and our global sites:
Coordinate global training logistics, scheduling, and delivery across multiple regions
Source, evaluate, and manage external training vendors and facilitators
Align with vendors on program objectives, delivery format, and operational requirements
Manage training communications, including participant invitations and updates
Support leaders and participants with scheduling adjustments and logistical needs
Ensure all training facilities, materials, and delivery requirements are in place
Maintain accurate training records and documentation
Monitor training participation and track completion
Collect feedback and evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and data analysis
Consolidate reporting insights to recommend improvements in content, delivery format, and learner experience
Support development of an annual training calendar and scalable global rollout processes
Learning Management System (LMS) & Digital Learning Administration
Compliance Training Administration
Assign and manage mandatory compliance training for new hires and existing employees
Track learner progress and course completion within the LMS
Proactively follow up and escalate overdue training to ensure regulatory compliance
Maintain accurate compliance records and reporting documentation
Generate compliance dashboards and participation reports for stakeholders
Online Learning Platform Management
Administer employee access to online learning platforms (Udemy, Pluralsight, LinkedIn Learning, Duolingo)
Manage license allocation and utilization tracking
Process training access requests and approvals
Monitor platform usage and report on engagement and learning outcomes
Identify opportunities to optimize license usage and scale access efficiently.
