Bulls Media is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our company forward. This role requires an efficient, fast-paced, and sharp individual with a can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
* Conduct CV screen and phone interviews to various positions.
* Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
* Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Utilize various sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, and networking to reach potential candidates.
* Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements: * High level of English - a must.
* 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter - a must
* Familiarity with Comeet system - a plus.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a timely manner.
* Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics to measure effectiveness.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
