We are looking for a customer‑focused Recruiter who will help us attract, evaluate, and onboard the brightest engineers in the country.
Key job responsibilities:
Partner with hiring teams to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies that identify and attract top-tier technical talent.
Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, focusing on technical expertise, cultural alignment, and potential for innovation.
Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship cultivation.
Design and implement recruiting processes that enhance candidate experience and support long-term organizational growth.
Develop and track recruiting metrics, creating strategic plans with clear deliverables and timelines.
Requirements: Basic Qualifications:
- - Knowledge of key technology and market trends.
- - Can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- - Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
- - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- - Proven experience recruiting for technical roles, particularly in engineering and technology sectors.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for silicon engineering, hardware design, or software development roles.
- - Advanced degree in technical recruitment or related field.
- - Knowledge of AWS technologies or cloud computing ecosystem.
- - Experience with global recruiting strategies.
