* Conduct CV screen and phone interviews to various positions.
* Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
* Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Utilize various sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, and networking to reach potential candidates.
* Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.

In this position, youll work closely with multiple departments especially our R&D teams, located mainly in Israel and Romania to attract and hire top technical talent. We are looking for an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across EMEA and APAC.

This role focuses on full cycle recruitment for Sales and Professional Services positions, with an emphasis on global territory based and commission driven field roles.

Responsibilities:
