Bulls Media is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our company forward. This role requires an efficient, fast-paced, and sharp individual with a can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
* Conduct CV screen and phone interviews to various positions.
* Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
* Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Utilize various sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, and networking to reach potential candidates.
* Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.

in this role, you will be a key player in identifying and attracting talents to google cloud in israel. you will directly support the growth and success of ai and infrastructure business in israel, enabling the silicon engineering team to continue leading innovation in its respective product areas. you will be responsible for engaging and hiring candidates for a variety of silicon engineering roles, including design, design verification, physical design, silicon validation, silicon engineering and operations, and additional sub-domains. you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop targeted hiring strategies to deliver for the business.great just isn't good enough for our people operations team (known elsewhere as "human resources"). we bring the world's most innovative people to google and provide the programs that help them thrive. whether recruiting the next googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our googlers, we bring a data -driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field.
responsibilities
conduct candidate assessment for potential roles and identify team alignment based on understanding of the organization/function and role profiles.
evaluate candidate skills and client needs, screening them for interviews and managing the interview process with some guidance.
collaborate with key business leaders, recruiting, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions to defined objectives.
manage headcount for cross-project client groups to support accurate tracking and influence headcount allocation, ensuring accurate mapping of job postings to open headcount, identifying trends/insights to shape hiring strategy and priorities, assisting clients with prioritization of requisitions, reconciliation of headcount, and optimum distribution with some guidance.
develop and execute cross-project targeted recruiting initiatives to meet established goals and objectives, influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy.
