Basic understanding of computer hardware and software
Understanding of internet security and data privacy principles
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Background as a network or system admin: advantage
Prior experience in cloud infrastructure: advantage
