hiring a PMO to the CEO - a trusted partner supporting the CEO in driving key initiatives, ensuring structured execution, and enabling effective decision-making across the company. The role offers broad exposure to strategic activities while remaining focused on operational support and coordination.
Responsibilities
Support the CEOs daily business activities, including joining relevant meetings, capturing key points and action items, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Build and refine presentations for Board meetings and strategic events (Town Halls, partner meetings, investor sessions), working closely with content owners to ensure accuracy and quality.
Track and manage the CEOs priorities, ensuring alignment and smooth execution across the organization.
Represent the CEO in selected task forces or strategic projects, maintaining continuity and alignment with organizational goals.
Work with the CEO on building the companys strategic roadmap and ensuring its execution across teams
Serve as project manager for significant business initiatives and major transactions led by the CEO
Implement tools and best practices that improve executive collaboration, task management, and information flow.
Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team and senior managers to support coordinated delivery on cross-company initiatives.

Strong sense of ownership in a multitasking environment
Requirements: MBA from a leading business school with 3+ years of relevant experience,
or BA with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in demanding business environments (Consulting, VC, BizDev, Strategy, Finance preferred).
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew (native-level).
Experience working in a global, multicultural organization.
