Global Pharma company is looking for an IT R D PMO professional is responsible for driving successful execution of IT Clinical R D initiatives across. This role oversees end-to-end project activities- planning, coordinating, tracking, and reportin ensuring alignment with strategic business and R D objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones while tracking deliverables, risks, and issues to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain updated documentation, monitor KPIs, timelines, and budgets, and deliver concise status updates aligned with governance and compliance standards.
- Serve as a central coordination point across IT, R D, business teams, and vendors, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely escalation.
- Coordinate global resources and schedules, support executive materials, and collaborate closely with BA, QA, architecture
Requirements: 2-3+ years in PMO or IT project management roles within global or complex environments, supporting large-scale IT/R D programs, including exposure to GxP or pharma/clinical supply chain projects (advantage).
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA or Similar), strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), and strong analytical, organizational, and documentation capabilities.
Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Excellent English, strong communication and teamwork abilities, ability to manage multiple priorities, fast learner, and detail-oriented.
Experience with testing tools such as HP Quality Center- advantage.
Background in Pharma, Clinical Operations, R D systems, or supply chain- advantage.
