we are looking for a Training team lead to join our global team. We seek an innovative professional who can drive our global customer's training strategy while managing a diverse team across multiple locations. The position includes meetings with many diverse global clients, training, and learning development. You'll be a key member of our middle management team, collaborating across all company departments to create and implement cutting-edge learning solutions. we are an industry leader in knowledge management, working with Fortune 500 enterprise-level customers. Responsibilities:
* Conduct training sessions for diverse audiences: internal teams, partners, and customers in English and Hebrew
* Develop and deliver training materials in English and Hebrew
* Lead a global learning & training team
* Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees
* Manage end-user customer training programs
* Innovate and modernize our e-learning platforms and methodologies
* Execute special projects as assigned by department management
* Lead and organize customer events - both physical and virtual
* Oversee external knowledge portal management
Requirements: * Training and learning development experience in English and Hebrew
* Excellent English
* Flexibility in working hours (global role)
* Creative approach and excellent presentation skills
