Were seeking a Vice President of Product to define and drive product strategy and execution. This leader will shape a unified product vision that orchestrates our data assets, AI models, and scientific insights into impactful real-world applications, from target discovery to clinical trial optimization.
Youll collaborate closely with R&D, data science, biology, and business development teams to translate complex scientific capabilities into scalable, high-value products that advance both internal initiatives and our external partnerships.

What will you do?
Define and drive product strategy in collaboration with leadership team across data, AI, and partner-facing solutions, ensuring a cohesive vision from discovery to clinical applications.
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product organization, fostering a culture of scientific curiosity, operational rigor, and product excellence.
Collaborate across R&D, data science, biology, and business teams to translate scientific and technical capabilities into user-centric, high-impact products.
Oversee the development of external solutions for pharma and biotech partners, enabling advancements in target discovery, translational research, and clinical optimization.
Guide the evolution of internal platforms - including data pipelines, annotation tools, and AI model integration - to empower research and product development.
Establish clear measures of success, tracking product adoption, scientific value creation, and business impact to continuously refine strategy and execution.
Requirements: 10+ years in technology product management, with experience leading the product domain for a company or large business unit/leadership experience at the executive level.
Proven success building B2B deep tech or AI-focused products that solve exceptionally complex problems.
Background in biology, biotech, or computational biology
Ability to bridge technical, scientific, and business perspectives with clarity and influence.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced, highly dynamic environments.
