This is a dynamic in-house position that plays a critical role in supporting the company's local and global operations, with a particular focus on data privacy and data security, as well as technology and other commercial agreements. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract negotiation, data protection regulations and corporate governance.

Responsibilities:

* Data Privacy & Security: Provide legal guidance on global data privacy and data protection matters, including compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., GDPR, Israeli Privacy Law, etc.). Collaborate with IT, security, compliance, and business teams to ensure lawful and secure data processing practices.
* Commercial & Technology Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including licensing, SaaS, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
* Corporate and Commercial Legal Support: Provide legal counsel to company departments on a wide array of legal matters. Draft and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure regulatory and operational compliance. Help manage legal risk and ensure legal consistency across operations.

Role Overview :
The Commercial Legal Counsel is a partner and trusted advisor to the procurement team, providing legal support across all vendors and partners engagements and procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and mitigating risks. Responsibilities include reviewing and drafting a wide range of legal documents and negotiating complex commercial agreements with vendors and partners worldwide, such as software agreements, SOWs, professional services agreements, and marketing agreements.

You will serve as the go-to legal advisor for all third-party engagements and help streamline procurement processes while protecting interests and supporting its compliance frameworks. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders such as IT, finance, operations, and security to support cross-functional projects.

The Legal Counsel provides legal and commercial support for variety of engagements with its customers and business partners as well as providing support and legal counseling to the product, business and operational teams in their day to day activity. The position is based in Petach Tikva, Israel and will report to Senior Legal Counsel, Product & SMB Services.

What youll be spending your time on:

Partner closely and serve as legal focal point for product and marketing teams.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, Joint Marketing Agreements, Affiliate Marketing Agreements, Referral Agreements, API License Agreements, Partnership Agreements, End User License Agreements, Trademark License Agreements, Professional Services Agreements.
Review and advise on product / service offerings.
Review and advise on marketing campaigns including reward based campaigns, PRs, and draft associated T&C or related documents.
Support the continuous creation and improvement of standard form agreements and templates.
Collaborate with marketing, product, business, operations, finance, tech and other teams within to achieve execution.
Stay up to date with applicable laws, regulations and industry guidance that impact commercial agreements.
