What am I going to do?:
* Analyze data from a variety of internal and external systems to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations
* Build dashboards and reports for various stakeholders, define HR KPIs, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data
* Produce ad-hoc analyses to explore specific questions and provide data -driven insights about our workforce
* Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to automate processes using HRIS tools
* Solve problems creatively by designing scalable and tech-enabled solutions to operational challenges
* Develop user-friendly processes, work instructions, and documentation to support HR operations
* Lead and support continuous process improvement initiatives, using tools and technology to enhance HR services
* Maintain, update, and validate employee data within the HR Information system

Requirements: * 3 + years of experience in analytical roles such as Compensation & Benefits, People Analytics, Economics, or business intelligence ( BIgreenTxtBg!)
* Advanced Excel skills
* Passionate about people, data -driven decision-making, and working as part of a team
* Independent, curious, proactive, and a creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
* Experience working with HR systems (preferably HiBob) Advantage
* Experience in HR roles at a global company Advantage
* Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BIgreenTxtBg!) Advantage , were not about checklists.
