Please note:
This is a temporary position for 6 months
The role requires on-site presence, 5 days a week Major Responsibilities
Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies.
Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, social media, job boards, boolean searches, networking, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Conduct initial outreach and engage passive candidates through personalized messaging.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and inform sourcing strategies.
Represent the company brand positively and professionally in all interactions with potential candidates.
Support employer branding and sourcing initiatives, including career events and digital campaigns.
Requirements: Desired Background
25 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-oriented environment.
Proven experience in sourcing, especially with LinkedIn Recruiter a must
B.A. from a leading university, preferably in the Social Sciences
Excellent English both written and spoken a must
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Self-starter with the ability to lead projects and set priorities
Strong service orientation and collaborative mindset.
