we are looking for a Marketplace Subject Matter Expert to join the team.
Responsibilities
Provide ongoing technical and operational support to our companys go-to-market teams, acting as the focal point for customer-facing questions related to Marketplace offerings
Work closely with our companys technical teams to maintain Marketplace operations, support integrations, and ensure seamless functionality.
Work directly with vendors to ensure their offering on our company remains competitive and up to date - both technically and operationally.
Serve as the internal expert for all commercial, product, technical, and pricing aspects of the Marketplace business unit.
Learn and understand vendor value propositions and solutions to guide the sales and customer-facing teams in addressing customer needs.
Research, identify, and source potential technology and service vendors for our companys Marketplace
Build strong, long-term relationships with technology vendors and maintain ongoing collaboration post-launch
Lead the full business development cycle: prospecting, outreach, evaluation, negotiation, and closing with a new vendor.s
Create and manage Marketplace collateral, knowledge base articles, support flows, and sales trainings, together with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new vendors and products, successful go-to-market campaigns, and continued growth of the Marketplace.
Track vendors' performance and provide insights to optimize and improve.
Requirements: 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS or technology company, supporting sales, CS, or GTM teams in technical and operational processes.
Experience working in a company with a technical offering (product, platform, or integrations), including hands-on work with vendors, technical teams, or marketplace/partner ecosystems.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead end-to-end cycles such as vendor onboarding, integrations, cross-functional workflows, and business development processes.
Understanding of SaaS business models, B2B partnerships, and ideally the MSP/IT ecosystem, enabling effective evaluation of vendor value propositions and marketplace fit.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, essential for managing vendors, supporting GTM teams, and coordinating with internal technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities, needed for tracking vendor performance, optimizing offerings, and managing marketplace operations.
Native-level English (spoken and written), required for communication with global vendors, internal teams, and customer-facing interactions.
