Main Responsibilities:
Partnership Strategy & Deal-Making
Identify, evaluate, and execute partnership opportunities with musical instrument brands, schools, online and offline music education providers, and industry organizations.
Lead end-to-end deal negotiations, including structuring agreements, financial modeling, and defining success metrics.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to uncover new partnership opportunities that align with mission.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key industry players, positioning as a leader in music education.
Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and business teams to ensure partnerships drive tangible impact on growth, engagement, and monetization.
Oversee partnership performance, contract renewals, and ongoing optimizations.
Operational Execution & Growth
Drive internal initiatives that integrate partnerships seamlessly into product and user journey.
Establish reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of partne
Requirements: Proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related rolespreferably in ed-tech, music tech, or a consumer subscription business.
Strong negotiation and deal-making skills, with experience managing complex agreements and driving high-impact collaborations.
Ability to develop and execute creative partnership strategies that drive measurable business impact.
Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills to assess partnership potential and ROI.
Willingness to travel frequently for partner meetings, industry events, and on-site collaborations.
