Responsibilities include:
* Managing a relationship with a long-standing client.
* Coordinating with different pedagogical and operational personnel.
* Working with multiple and complex systems and reports in order to manage campus's activity.
* Providing professional assistance and coordination to over 40 teachers.
* Constructing a yearly schedule and facilitating student assignments.
* On-boarding new teachers, professional guidance, and instruction during the courses.
* Database analysis and optimization.
* Executing operational goals.
* Maintain annual budget and guarantee timely invoicing This is a full day remote position.
Requirements: * B.A. degree.
* Native Hebrew speaker.
* Fluent in English.
* Experience in operating projects - an advantage.
* Experience in client management an advantage.
* Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, strong excel skills.
* Multitasking, working under pressure, ability to achieve targets, managing busy schedules, identifying problems and providing solutions.
* Good interpersonal relations.
* Exceptional prioritizing skills.
* Ability to manage tasks in a computerized environment Good home office working environment (quiet space, high speed internet connection 100MB, ability to activate webcam at all times, headset).
