We are looking for a skilled Finance Transition and Cutover Lead to manage and execute the end-to-end migration of finance activities to a BPO partner, ensuring a seamless transition from blueprinting through go-live and hypercare. This role requires extensive experience in finance operational transformations, deep knowledge of core accounting processes (P2P, O2C, R2R), and hands-on expertise in SAP-driven environments. Key Responsibilities:
* Integrated Transition Management: Own the end-to-end transition plan, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical path management from preparation to stabilization.
* Knowledge Transfer & Documentation: Lead the transfer of process knowledge to the BPO provider, ensuring all work instructions, process maps, and country-specific exceptions are accurately documented and reviewed.
