we are looking for a Senior Medical Manager.
Responsibilities:
Lead a medical team responsible for the design, development, and deployment of features and product lines within (in partnership with the Product and Engineering teams). Specifically related to flagship Risk Adjustment Solution.
Regular data analysis and clear presentation of conclusions to direct business and product decisions
Medical validation of product and features
Closely work with developers data scientists, and data analysts to bring medical and medical-product expertise to all aspects of R&D
Support marketing and sales teams in the development of marketing materials, delivering webinars, attending conferences and sales demos
Manage a team of analysts (medical students) to support your efforts in the above

looking for a Medical Data Analyst to join our growing Implementation group, reporting to our Squad Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of new clients and analyzing both historical and real-time client data.



As a Medical Data Analyst, you will:

Analyze and understand clients business objectives, coding patterns and methodologies in order to configure Clinical language understanding engine for optimal performance.
Support clients throughout the technical integration and engine onboarding processes, documenting solutions and proactively improving client-specific outcomes through hands-on work with our codebase to adjust configurations, scripts, and rules.
Actively troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve coding discrepancies, distinguishing issues arising from client-specific configurations versus core engine functionality.
Provide solutions for alerts and incoming escalated tickets from our customers.
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams - including engineers, linguists, medical doctors, product managers, customer success managers and coders -to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.

Responsibilities:
Represent the company before current and prospective business partners/customers, focusing on scientific aspects.
Prepare applications for the inclusion of new products in the Israeli Health Basket.
Introduce new products to Israeli health funds.
Lead discussions with Key Opinion Leader physicians and deliver enrichment lectures to professional audiences.
Present and participate in the companys advisory board for physicians, addressing questions and expanding scientific knowledge.
Analyze opportunities for new products for the Israeli market, including product details, relevant diseases, market, competition, etc.
Evaluate competing products while understanding marketing and commercial needs.
Provide consultations on the content of marketing materials.
Develop and train medical learning materials, such as training booklets and presentations, and offer training to new representatives and enrichment for other company employees.
Support clinical submissions to the Pharmacy Department of the Israeli Ministry of Health, necessary for updating indications and dosage regimens.
Coordinate and sign medical agreements with manufacturers abroad.
