We are looking for a Clinical Manager for the Aesthetics Business Unit, which includes a broad portfolio of leading solutions in the market as well as an exciting innovation pipeline. The Clinical Manager will be responsible for pre and post-market activities for the assigned platform including: clinical requirements guiding design input, pre-clinical testing, clinical input to regulatory submissions, market conditioning for new solutions, post-market evidence generation and KOL development. The individual will serve as a major pillar in building relationships with global KOLs and demonstrating the clinical value and benefits of the solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and manage clinical project plan, timelines, and budgets end to end; clinical research, through pre-clinical evaluations, clinical trials and publications, to user guidelines and post-market evidence generation.
Form and cultivate strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners in R&D, product, marketing, and regional teams
Coordinate internal cross-functional teams, as well as external clinical research associates, data managers, and biostatisticians
Oversee the execution of clinical studies, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements
Lead the clinical input and support for key regulatory submissions and processes: regulatory submission clinical input, clinical validations, CER, CDP, CEP and more
Support marketing/commercial activities from the scientific/medical point of view: review and input to marketing collateral, develop white papers, active participation in scientific meetings and more

We are looking for a clinically minded professional with experience or interest in aesthetic treatments and beauty technologies to help evaluate, demonstrate, and communicate the performance of our innovative aesthetic devices.
This role combines hands-on product efficacy and usability evaluations and testing, oversight of external clinical evaluations, and translation of results into compelling, evidence-backed product claims.
While formal clinical efficacy evaluations are conducted by third-party partners, the Clinical Applications Specialist will also lead in-house product performance validations using tools such as VISIA skin imaging systems and other skin analysis technologies to guide the development process of our next generation aesthetic devices. The goal is to ensure our devices demonstrate consistent, measurable results throughout development and to generate supporting data for product sales materials.
Key Responsibilities
1. In-House Product Testing & Efficacy Validation (Hands-On)
Plan and execute in-house clinical efficacy validations using skin analysis tools (e.g., VISIA or similar imaging/measurement systems)
Design practical product validation approaches, ensuring repeatability, accuracy, and meaningful endpoints
Document and track testing results and participant data
Analyze results and produce clear reports, visuals, and key insights for internal decision-making
Work with R&D and Product teams to maintain clinical efficacy across development and provide feedback for improvement
2. Oversight of External Clinical & Consumer Studies (Vendor-Managed)
Define evaluation requirements and intended claims, then work with external labs, dermatologists, or research partners to design the testing plan
Review and approve third-party proposals, ensuring the scope and methods support real-world product use and claim needs
Follow up during study execution via check-ins, milestone reviews, and data snapshots
Review and assess final results to ensure data quality and relevance
3. Evidence Generation & Claims Support
Translate internal and external tests results into clear, accessible messages for sales teams, distributors, and customers
Work with Product and Marketing to create evidence-backed claims, infographics, visuals, and storytelling
Ensure consistency between clinical findings and commercial messaging
4. Training & Clinical Communication
Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions to internal teams, distributors, and aesthetic professionals
Develop training materials that use validation data in a clear, credible way
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Practitioner Feedback
Serve as a point of contact for partners, KOLs, and testing partners
Gather user feedback and incorporate insights into evaluation plans or product improvements
Work closely with R&D and Product teams to ensure alignment between testing, development, and launch needs
6. Scientific Awareness
Conduct focused literature reviews to support product rationale and claims
Stay informed about aesthetic device trends, skincare science, and relevant testing methodologies.
