What will you do?
Own and lead the full recruitment lifecycle E2E
for all positions in Israel, including strategic, technical, and managerial roles in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Act as the primary talent acquisition partner for the Israel sites
driving hiring strategy, workforce planning alignment, and recruitment prioritization.
Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies
leveraging data, market insights, and multiple sourcing platforms to build strong and diverse talent pipelines.
Strengthen and champion employer brand
ensuring effective visibility and positioning across relevant talent markets in Israel.
Consult, influence, and partner closely with hiring managers and HRBPs
serving as a trusted advisor on hiring decisions, interview process design, and talent market trends.
Drive an excellent, high-touch candidate experience
ensuring transparency, professionalism, and engagement throughout the process.
Lead and implement talent acquisition projects
including process optimization, recruitment technology enhancements, DE&I initiatives, and data-driven decision making.
Analyze recruitment metrics and generate insights
influencing leadership with data-based recommendations to improve hiring quality, speed, and efficiency.
Continuously evaluate and elevate recruiting processes
identifying opportunities for innovation, streamlining, and scalability.
Collaborate closely with global HR team
aligning on global standards, sharing best practices, and supporting cross-border recruitment initiatives.
Requirements: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
ideally in global or tech/manufacturing environments.
Proven track record managing recruitment for an entire site or business unit
as an independent IC.
Advanced sourcing capabilities
including expertise in Boolean search, social sourcing, and talent market mapping.
Strong business acumen
and the ability to build deep partnerships with senior leaders and hiring teams.
High-level English
both written and spoken.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
Strong project management abilities
and experience driving cross-functional initiatives.
Hands-on, proactive, energized, and results-oriented.
Able to excel under pressure and manage multiple priorities independently.
BA/MA in Behavioral Sciences or related field
