The Account Executive will be responsible for sales in DACH region, managing their own quota within the assigned geography. Cynet as the top XDR solution in the market, is on a mission to become the all-in-one cyber security solution for mid-market and small organizations, along side MSPs. We are looking to bring on top talent to identify, build, and maintain exceptional relationships with companies across our target market. The Account Executive role will be a critical position for driving strategic growth and identifying market trends for our organization, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director.
What will you do:
* Work with the Sales Director to build and execute your territory sales strategy
* Work with the best tools in the market to increase Cynet market penetration in Central Europe
* Leverage prospecting tools to create direct demand for the Cynet solution
* Leverage the channel to grow and expand your Pipeline opportunities
* Manage initial calls to stimulate interest and create a pipeline for quarterly execution
* Sell to IT and security leaders
* Represent Cynet in events

Requirements: * Strong sales professionals will have 5+ years of proven sales history
* Native or fluent German is required
* Track record of over-achieving quota (Demonstrated success in closing deals)
* Experience in selling Cyber Security Solutions
* Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong listening and presentation skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* BA/BS degree or equivalent
* Experience working in a Start-Up/early-stage environment
* Entrepreneurial/Self-starter personality
* Ability to work in a team environment to leverage resources effectively and efficiently.
* Coachable
* Familiar with the MEDDPICC Qualification process
