We are looking for an experienced and professional Bookkeeper & Payroll Controller for a maternity leave replacement (approximately 6-month), who can independently lead payroll and bookkeeping processes in a global and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Full responsibility for monthly payroll for approximately 60 employees
Payroll Management (End-to-End)
Managing the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to termination, including Form 161 and final settlements
Working with pension interfaces and insurance agents
Preparing monthly payroll reports, MASAV files, and statutory reporting (Income Tax, National Insurance, 126/856)
Serving as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll and labor law topics


General Bookkeeping

Managing the full Accounts Payable (AP) cycle: recording invoices (local and foreign currency) and preparing payments

As a Proposal Manager and Writer, you will be responsible for managing and producing high-quality, persuasive proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and other procurement documents for both institutional and commercial opportunities. Skills & Experience:
Experience in proposal writing, preferably in the Space industry and working with Institutional and Commercial entities
