This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their email marketing career to work across multiple brands, build sophisticated flows, and learn the ins and outs of global e-commerce.
What Youll Do
Youll play a key role in planning, building, and optimizing automated lifecycle campaigns from welcome flows to reactivation journeys. Youll work closely with the marketing lead, brand managers and designers and BI & Products teams to make sure each campaign hits the mark.
Requirements
Build and schedule email automations (welcome, post-purchase, re-engagement, etc.) across multiple brands
Set up campaigns using tools like Klaviyo, SFMC, Braze, or similar platforms
Segment audiences based on behavior, engagement, and shopping activity
Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and timing to optimize results
Monitor campaign performance and flag opportunities to improve
QA and proof campaigns to ensure flawless execution
Assist with customer journey mapping and flow enhancements
Stay up to date on trends in e-commerce CRM and automation.

Requirements: 12 years of experience in CRM or email marketing (preferably e-commerce/DTC)
Proficiency in SQL: big plus.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS/ AMP Script for building modular templates- Must!
Proficiency in at least one marketing automation platform (e.g., Klaviyo, SFMC, Braze)
Strong attention to detail you catch the typo before the customer does
A performance mindset: you like to see the numbers and know whats working
Comfortable working independently in a lean, fast-moving team.
