Were looking for a customer-facing, tech-savvy Project Manager to join our growing team.
In this role, youll act as the central connector between our clients and our internal teams including Product, Data, R&D, and Delivery to ensure the seamless execution of complex, high-impact projects.
Youll be trusted to engage directly with global enterprise clients, including senior executives and IT teams, leading every step of the implementation from scoping and customization to go-live and beyond.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end enterprise implementations, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships across both business and IT functions
Collaborate with client stakeholders - including C-level executives and IT leaders to ensure alignment, transparency, and progress
Translate customer needs into clear technical and operational requirements for internal teams
Identify gaps, risks, and customization needs; drive proactive solutions and continuous improvement
Coordinate and align Product, Data, R&D, and Delivery teams for flawless execution
Ensure timely, high-quality implementation of our solutions in complex corporate environments.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in project management or implementation within a SaaS/tech company
Proven track record managing enterprise-level, customer-facing projects
Strong ability to communicate and present confidently to executive-level stakeholders
Proactive mindset - comfortable taking ownership, initiating actions, and anticipating client needs
Excellent organizational and collaboration skills; capable of driving cross-functional teams
Native level English (spoken and written)
Advantages: experience in CPG, retail tech, or market intelligence
Experienced working with PM tools like Monday/Asana/Jira
Good knowledge in Big data Operations
Hands-on experience working with corporate IT departments and enterprise system integrations.
