The Tech Labs Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a partner to the business, providing expertise, guidance and oversight in HR practices to enhance organizational effectiveness and achieving business goals. The HRBP will manage the local Junior HRBP and oversees the delivery of HR services and solutions in alignment with the companys mission and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnership
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities and implement HR strategies that align with the business objectives
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide insights and recommendations to inform decision making
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on human capital issues
Develop and implement HR strategies that support business plans and drive organizational performance
Active and influencing member of the site LT
Talent Management
Lead the local implementation of global initiatives such as the Talent Growth Framework and Enterprise Leadership Skills programs
Implement succession planning and talent development programs to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
Work with LT and global/functional to build and implement local succession plans development plans to ensure pipeline of future leaders
Work with team leaders to identify skills gaps and training needs.
Implement performance management systems and ensure alignment with business goals
Employee Relations
Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, addressing any employee relations issues
Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal frameworks
Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations while maintaining best practices in HR.
Employee Engagement and Culture
Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retain talent
Lead engagement events together with relevant stakeholders
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the workplace
Foster a safe environment and positive organizational culture that encourages innovation and collaboration
Change Management
Provide guidance and support in managing organizational change, including restructuring and workforce realignment.
Communicate effectively throughout the change process to ensure buy-in and minimize resistance
Requirements: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred
Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnership or strategic HR management. Hi-Tech experience preferred
Hebrew and English proficiency spoken and written
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance
Proven track record in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze data and provide insights for effective decision-making
