Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of multidisciplinary technology programs, from planning through delivery.
Gather business and customer requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications and project roadmaps.
Define project objectives, timelines, priorities, deliverables, and resource plans.
Monitor execution, track milestones, identify risks, and ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate closely with software engineers, AI researchers, and Computer Vision algorithm teams.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Drive cross-functional communication and ensure alignment across engineering, product, and business teams.
Continuously improve project processes, execution methodologies, and delivery efficiency.
Requirements: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in software engineering or technical development.
5+ years of experience managing technical projects, programs, or products.
Strong technical understanding of software systems, AI, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or related technologies.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and customer-facing technical projects.
Excellent planning, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with modern AI-powered development tools is an advantage.
