We're on the hunt for a full-time Legal Counsel to join our dynamic Legal team based in Tel Aviv. What you will be doing
* Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams on a wide range of legal matters, with a primary focus on commercial law, special projects, and IP-related issues.
* Lead and support strategic initiatives, including AI-related projects, process automation, and other business-driven innovations.
* Draft, review, and negotiate complex B2B agreements, SaaS contracts, licensing agreements, procurement contracts, NDAs, and terms & conditions.
* Provide guidance on intellectual property matters in the context of media, licensing, and technology.
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify legal risks, propose creative solutions, and drive business growth.
Requirements: * A licensed attorney with 5+ years of post-internship experience, including at least 2 years in-house at a high-tech company.
* Proven B2B commercial law experience, ideally combined with exposure to intellectual property matters.
* Background that includes diverse legal workideally from both smaller companies and larger organizations.
* Strong commercial negotiation and contract drafting skills.
* A highly motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
* Experience with technology, SaaS, or media licensing agreements is a strong plus.
* Comfortable working with legal and business technology tools. Bonus points for AI enthusiasts if youre excited about the intersection of law and technology, especially AI-driven tools, wed love to hear from you.
* Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken.
