we are looking for a Global Shipping Specialist.
As a Global Forwarding & Analytics Specialist you will be a key member of the Supply Chain team, responsible for managing and optimizing international deliveries end-to-end.
Reporting to the Global Shipping Manager, you will take full ownership of all site shipments, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness across inbound and outbound logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end execution of international shipments, coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders
Analyze large volumes of shipping data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities
Drive cost optimization initiatives through data insights, negotiation support, and process improvements
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, incoterms, and dangerous goods requirements
3PL Management - Act as the primary point of contact for Third-Party Logistics providers, monitoring their performance and ensuring seamless order fulfillment
Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Marketing, IT, Labs, Training, HQ, Purchasing, and external vendors
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding and international shipping.
Strong knowledge of shipping carriers, incoterms, and dangerous goods handling.
High analytical capabilities - ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive decisions.
Experience with AI tools and data-driven approaches to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Proven experience managing high shipment volumes in global environment and Tech Companies .
Experience with ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce - an advantage).
Team-oriented, collaborative, and people-focused approach.
Ability to thrive and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
