We are looking for an experienced and driven E2E Tech Recruiter to support the recruitment operation and efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
Conduct sourcing activities using various platforms and creative methods
Candidate Screening
Extend offers and manage salary negotiations and contract signing
Act as a strategic recruitment partner and contribute to an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience

Requirements: * 35 years of proven experience as a recruiter - mandatory
* Hands-on experience in sourcing and offer negotiation - mandatory
* Previous experience working directly with hiring managers
* Strong understanding of the tech industry and technical roles
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
* Very high proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) - mandatory
* Strong self-motivation and the ability to learn independently
* Experience working in a corporate environment - an advantage
* Experience in a tech company or the high-tech sector - a significant advantage
