We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who knows how to keep things moving, close loops, and make sure nothing falls between the cracks. You’ll work closely with the company’s CEO and support ongoing commercial activity, client communication, and operational processes in a fast-moving, data-driven environment. This role includes working with clients and finance teams, coordinating ongoing processes and opportunities, supporting lead generation efforts and helping drive day-to-day business operations forward.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the CEO on ongoing deals, operational processes, and client-related activities
* Support ongoing client and commercial processes from kickoff to execution
* Coordinate with finance and billing teams to keep deals and client operations running smoothly
* Keep ongoing deals, approvals, documents, and operational workflows moving efficiently
* Maintain organized and accurate CRM and operational records
* Communicate with clients and internal teams to keep projects and processes moving forward
* Support data and technology-related client activities and internal projects
* Identify operational gaps and help improve internal workflows
* Manage multiple ongoing tasks, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously
* Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve efficiency and streamline operational processes
Requirements: * 1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Project Coordination, or similar operational/client-facing roles
* Experience working in technology, data, BI, analytics, digital, or project-based environments- mandatory
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* High level of ownership, responsibility, and follow-through
* Proactive, assertive, and solution-oriented approach
* Ability to work closely with leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Experience working with finance, billing, operational, or client-facing processes
* Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills- advantage
* Experience working with CRM systems- advantage
* Native-level Hebrew – mandatory, for ongoing work with Israeli clients and within a fully Hebrew-speaking work environment.
