Your Impact & Responsibilities
Were looking for a creative, results-oriented designer with UI experience, deep user journey knowledge, and a passion for user acquisition to join our team. You will:
* Design intuitive and engaging landing pages and banners for our online assets, optimizing for both functionality and user acquisition.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure cohesive end-to-end user experiences across platforms.
* Take a part in design projects from research, ideation, wireframes, and visual design through to delivery and QA, creating user-centered designs that drive engagement and conversion
* Team collaboration: work with other team members (mainly from the marketing team) and peers to improve outcomes and internal processes
* Work closely with product managers, marketing managers, and developers to continuously improve and evolve our UI / UX standards.
Advantages:

Requirements: * One year of experience in a design role with a B2C focus, specializing in user acquisition and performance-driven design, especially for banners and landing pages
* Skilled in wireframing and prototyping using tools like Figma and Adobe Photoshop
* Design AI tools, knowledge, and ability to implement new tools to the design process
* Strong data -driven mindset, with a focus on user acquisition, creative, banners and product design
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment
