The VP Global Sales will be responsible for developing and leading Polytex’s global sales strategy , driving revenue growth and profitability across all product lines and geographic regions. Direct responsibility: Management of sales operations in Israel and oversight of the distributor network. Indirect responsibility: Business leadership and support for the company’s subsidiaries. Key Responsibilities
* Define and implement a global sales strategy , including market prioritization, customer segmentation, and business model definition.
* Conduct market size analysis and growth driver assessments , prioritizing markets for investment, resource allocation, and new market entry.
* Manage sales operations in Israel , including sales leadership, key accounts, customer relations, and achievement of revenue targets.
* Supervise and support subsidiary sales operations , ensuring consistent application of sales methodologies.
* Select, manage, and empower distributors , monitor performance, and expand their contribution to revenue.
* Develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) for major segments and markets, tailoring ICPs for healthcare (public/private), industry, pharma, and hospitality sectors in key countries.
* Select and implement advanced sales methodologies such as Value-Based Selling and MEDDIC , and train teams for continuous adoption.
* Develop playbooks for complex sales, opportunity management, and tenders across all segments.
* Enhance team capabilities through coaching and support of strategic deals
* Build strategic business partnerships with key industry players—industrial laundries, technology partners, and distribution channels—to create shared value, expand market reach, and enrich service offerings.
* Define pricing strategies for machine sales or rentals, software licensing, and service contracts.
* Develop and deploy sales tools and launch materials —including technical marketing content, product demos, distributor/service training, presentations, collateral, and customer retention guidelines—to ensure smooth product launches and strong customer experiences.
* Define and track KPIs , manage sales forecasts , and provide ongoing performance reports to senior management using Salesforce
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Service teams to ensure a healthy pipeline, leverage partnerships, and enhance the customer journey.
* Represent Polytex in negotiations with strategic customers and business partners, and in international conferences and trade shows
* Drive revenue optimization across machines, software licenses, and service contracts, with a strong focus on profitability, post-sale service, and customer expansion. Key Market Segments
