Were looking for a hands-on VP R&D to lead the engineering organization and own the full technical lifecycle of a complex, multidisciplinary product - from R&D to large-scale deployment, production, and field support.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end system: HW/ Embedded, Cloud/ backend, Edge/IoT connectivity, and AI pipelines.
Lead architecture and operations of large-scale deployed systems (monitoring, updates, reliability).
Drive scalable software, reliable and manufacturable hardware, and production readiness.
Build and lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team in a fast-changing environment.
Personally step in to solve complex cross-domain issues (HW, SW, Cloud, AI, networking, IT).
Ensure tight alignment between R&D, Product, and Operations.
Requirements: Requirements:
Senior engineering leadership experience ( VP R&D / CTO / Director+ or equivalent).
Proven experience with production-grade systems combining hardware and software.
Strong background in software engineering, SaaS, and system architecture.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML pipelines.
Experience scaling and supporting commercially deployed products.
Strong ownership mindset and excellent communication skills.
Background in startups or fast-paced environments.
Experience with mass production and hardware reliability.
Comfort working close to customers and real-world deployments.
