We are seeking an exceptional Director of Finance to lead both finance and Corporate Controllership and M&A responsibilities.
This high impact role is ideal for a finance leader experienced in complex transactions, technical accounting, and global reporting within a fast growing SaaS environment.
How will you make an impact?
Corporate Accounting, SEC Reporting and Technical Projects
Lead and oversee all SEC reporting including quarterly and annual filings ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with US GAAP and SOX
Own the global month end and quarter end close process ensuring high quality and timely reporting across worldwide entities
Maintain and enhance the Group Accounting Policy including implementation of new accounting standards across the organization
Lead complex accounting initiatives including new standards, system implementations, policy enhancements, and audit related requests
Partner with the Global Tax team on tax accounting matters including quarterly and annual tax provisions, uncertain tax positions, and tax-related disclosures.
Support SOX activities internal control improvements and automation initiatives
Oversee strategic accounting analyses across global entities
Partner with IT on process automation and system improvements utilizing Workday Financials AI supported analytics and other finance systems
Present financial insights risks and recommendations to senior leadership
Mergers and Acquisitions
Lead the finance workstream across the full M&A lifecycle including due diligence, purchase accounting, integration, and post-acquisition financial governance
Partner with Corporate Development and Legal on deal structuring, financial modeling, and accounting considerations
Drive post-merger integration across processes, systems, controls, and reporting
Assess synergies, operational impacts, and key risks of acquisition targets
Cross Functional Collaboration
Partner with business leaders to support financial governance operational alignment and data integrity
Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Legal, HR ,IT and Operations on strategic initiatives
Support transformation initiatives including AI enabled finance capabilities.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
CPA required (Big Four background strongly preferred)
8+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance accounting preferably within SaaS industry
4+ years of proven management experience in global complex environments
Direct M&A experience including due diligence purchase accounting and integration
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, consolidation ,SEC reporting and technical accounting
Experience owning and driving a global month end close process
Experience with Workday Finance and NetSuite is an advantage
Ability to lead cross functional initiatives and influence executive stakeholders
Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills
Experience with AI driven finance tools analytics or automation is a strong advantage.
