The Material Planner team ensures row material availability to support NPI production plan in all sites with minimum stock levels As a Material Planner you will support NPI production plan based on SE products forecast for all our sub-contractor in world We are looking for a self-motivated, independent employee to join the team. What you will be doing:
* Schedule the supply of materials to meet production requirements with minimum stock levels
* Day-to-day PR/PO management including expedite Pos and push out when needed
* Take actions in relation to material shortages that affect production
* Allocation of RM between CMS
* Follow up on shipments so make sure items deliver on time
* Analyze ECOs and making sure implementation occurs and impact on orders
* Running MRP and analysis result
* Work closely with suppler to promoting material shortages
* Consistently seeking new opportunities to improve processes

Requirements: * SC in Industrial Engineering Management
* Experience of 2+ years as a Planner at a multidisciplinary company
* Excellent knowledge in MS-office
* Highly motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced business environment
* Experience with procurement & warehouse process
* Experience with Agile system and ERP systems, Priority / Oracle
* Experience with Sub Contractor management
* Experience of work orders, opening, scheduling for production lines.
* Fast learner, Independent and autodidact
* Knowledge of manufacturing process
* Creative, be able to provide out of the box solutions
* Capable of working under stress and set up priority of all open tasks
* Excellent fluent English-Read/Write and Speaking
* A team player
* Strong analytical capabilities
