THE ROLE We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our finance and operations teams in a part-time capacity (with at least 2 days in the office). This role is ideal for someone proactive, organized, and capable of managing both administrative and financial tasks. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean, functional, and well-equipped working environment.
* Manage computer equipment and IT-related assets, including sourcing laptops and accessories for new employees and maintaining inventory records.
* Maintain office supplies and coordinate food deliveries for meetings and events.
* Organize internal team events and provide day-to-day administrative support across departments.
* Efficiently process supplier orders and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Issue invoices, deposit checks, and liaise with the finance team to ensure correct recording in systems.
* Respond to customer inquiries related to invoices, ensuring timely, professional, and accurate communication.
* Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and maintain accurate collections records.

Requirements: * Part-time availability (3 days per week with flexibility in both working hours and days; minimum 2 days in-office)
* Fluent English (mandatory), with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High school diploma or higher
* Prior experience in an administrative, finance, or operations support role
* High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently
* A collaborative team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
