Were looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Lead to lead our recruiting efforts across Israel and the US and play a key role in scaling 4M. What you will do

Lead Talent Acquisition Strategy - Design and execute a recruitment strategy aligned with business goals, with a strong focus on scaling in the US market.
Own end-to-end recruiting - Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to define needs, manage full-cycle recruiting, and deliver quality hires across Engineering, Product, Data Operations and GTM.
Build and manage a TA team (over time) - Gradually recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team that includes both in-house and outsourced TA partners, while staying hands-on in selected searches.
Drive top-of-funnel activities - Build initiatives to attract talent, strengthen 4Ms employer brand, and continuously improve sourcing channels and outreach.
Promote Data-Driven Recruiting - Use metrics and insights to measure success, optimize processes, and improve candidate pipelines.
Enhance Employer Branding - Act as a brand ambassador, leading campaigns, social media presence, and participation in industry events to position 4M as an employer of choice.
Elevate candidate experience - Ensure a consistent, engaging, and high-standard candidate journey at every touchpoint, reflecting values and culture.

Design and Evolve iOS SDK Features: Architect, implement, and maintain new functionality within the Android SDK. Ensure seamless integration with the broader mobile product ecosystem and deliver an exceptional developer experience.
Leverage Deep Knowledge of iOS Internals: Work closely with iOS internals to optimize performance, resolve complex issues, and ensure compatibility across a wide range of devices and OS versions.
Cross-Platform Mobile Framework Development: Contribute to SDK development across multiple mobile frameworksincluding Flutter, React Native, Xamarin Forms, and MAUIensuring broad compatibility, high performance, and feature parity.
Deliver High-Quality, Maintainable Code: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code. Champion best practices by developing unit and integration tests, enabling automation, and actively participating in code reviews.
Integrate Seamlessly with Mobile Ecosystems: Collaborate with team members to ensure the SDK integrates smoothly with third-party mobile frameworks and developer tools, reducing friction for partner teams and end users.
Support Global Customers: Partner with international customers to provide technical guidance, troubleshoot integration challenges, and help them succeed with mobile solutions.
Collaborate Across Teams: Engage with product managers, designers, customer-facing teams, and fellow engineers to align on priorities and deliver an exceptional mobile experience.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Contribute to team initiatives focused on process enhancement, tooling, and innovation to ensure the SDK remains cutting-edge and developer-friendly.
AI proficiency: Ability to apply AI tools and techniques effectively within engineering and product workflows. Must demonstrate both strong technical aptitude and an AI-oriented mindsetmarked by curiosity, adaptability, and ethical awareness. Expected to reason critically about the use and impact of AI in development and product decisions.

Technical Support Engineers (TSE) make up a small, talented, and dedicated global team providing an important part of the experience through guidance and consulting to customers. The Enterprise Account Manager will own the commercial relationship for a portfolio of large, strategic accounts that currently use multiple products. The primary objective is to protect and grow revenue from these accounts via renewals, upsells and cross-sells while acting as the single escalation point and strategic advisor.

What will you own
Full commercial ownership of assigned enterprise accounts: renewal management, contract negotiations, upsell, and cross-sell execution.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with executive and operational stakeholders across Owner and GC customers.

Create and execute account plans that map stakeholders, risks, growth opportunities, adoption gaps, and a clear path to expand ARR.

Act as the primary escalation owner for account-level issues, coordinating with Support and Customer Success to ensure timely resolution and communicating the status to both the customer and internal stakeholders.

Proactively identify and qualify expansion opportunities and hand off complex opportunities (or close them) together with the AEs.

Accurate forecasting and pipeline management in the CRM; weekly/monthly forecast updates.

Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and renewal negotiations with executive sponsors.

Monitor account health metrics and identify churn risk early; design and execute retention strategies.

Represent the customer in internal forums to ensure coordinated delivery and deliverables are met.
