Requirements: Software team lead - C ++ | Radar & Advanced Systems A large corporate company located in Netanya and Ashdod is seeking a Software team lead to lead the development of advanced radar and signal-processing systems.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead and manage a software team of approximately 6 engineers
Hands-on development in C ++ ( C ++14 and above)
Development and implementation of core radar and signal-processing algorithms
High-level software design and architecture
Work in Linux and Windows environments
Close collaboration with algorithm engineers, system engineers, and QA teams
Mentoring developers and leading professional growth
Implement and maintain Agile development methodologies Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Software team lead / Technical Lead
- 4+ years of experience in C ++ development ( C ++14+)
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams Advantages
- Background in physics, radar, or signal processing
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or complex systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes
- Experience developing high-performance or algorithm-heavy systems 📍 Location: Netanya & Ashdod
