About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Engineer to support our global sales efforts by providing technical expertise and guidance in pre-sales engagements.
In this role, you will be a key member of the presales team, bridging the gap between our technical solutions and customer needs in the healthcare and medical device industries. You will work closely with hospital IT teams, laboratory administrators, and compliance officers to demonstrate the security, interoperability, and regulatory alignment of our solutions, supporting commercial success. This role requires a strong background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data protection.
What youll be doing
Presales technical support: Assist the sales team in understanding customer IT, security, and compliance requirements, presenting tailored solutions that align with their needs
Cybersecurity and compliance advisory: Inform customers how medical devices and IT solutions comply with global healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, GDPR, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO 27001
Technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs): Demonstrate the security and IT capabilities of our solutions to key stakeholders
Tenders and compliance documentation: Contribute to the preparation of technical responses to RFPs, security assessments, and vendor risk questionnaires
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with R&D, product management, sales, and compliance teams to ensure our solutions align with technical and regulatory requirements
Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT pre-sales, security engineering, compliance, or healthcare IT roles, preferably within the medical devices or healthcare industry.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of network security, encryption, SIEM, endpoint security, IAM (Identity & Access Management), and cybersecurity best practices.
IT Infrastructure & Integration: Familiarity with hospital IT environments, HL7, DICOM, cloud-based solutions, and integration with LIS, EMR/EHR systems.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Languages: Fluent in English and Hebrew.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess customer security and IT challenges, providing innovative solutions within product suite.
Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CEH, HCISPP (Healthcare Information Security & Privacy Practitioner).
