Part time position- 3 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executives calendars and coordinate meetings
Provide administrative support, including travel arrangements, procurement, expenses, and logistics
Support onboarding and Employee Experience initiatives
Organize team events and assist with project coordination
Prepare presentations and track budgets, deadlines, and action items
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements: Requirements:
1+ year of administrative experience, preferably supporting senior management
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Service-oriented with a proactive approach
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
