Department Overview SaaS Security and Identity Thread Defense business unit is looking to expand our product management team. The group, based in our Tel Aviv office, has a friendly environment with the various teams working closely together to design and deliver ambitious, and exciting software solutions to meet the needs of some of the worlds largest companies.
Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager, you will develop relationships with customers and prospects to uncover unmet needs, understand use cases and workflows and vet potential solutions. Youll also work with other members of the Product Management team, research and engineering to communicate the problems, use cases and solutions in a way that allows the broader team to truly understand what a solution that delights customers looks like.
Your day-to-day
Owning and defining product requirements and roadmap
Managing a product backlog, creating PRDs, user stories, and other requirements documentation
On-going primary and secondary market research, analyzing the market opportunity and competitive landscape
Working with engineering, QA, UX and doc teams to deliver the required solutions on schedule
Collaborate with product marketing to develop new sales resources, including white papers, presentations, web content, and other customer and channel communications
Supporting the sales organizations to increase their effectiveness, having direct involvement in strategic deals (support POCs and customer engagements) Educating the sales, sales engineering, professional services and support organizations on the product as well as provisioning and management best practices.
Requirements: 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software and/or enterprise-focused cloud or SaaS company.
Experience in the Cybersecurity space. Cloud, Identity or SaaS security experience preferred
Experience performing primary and secondary market research in an evolutionary market where needs are not well defined.
Experience in managing enterprise software through the entire life cycle from initial requirements gathering through to product release, rollout and support.
Strong English written and oral communication skills as this role will include extensive global customer interaction.
Strong technical skills allowing you to effectively engage in implementation conversations with the engineering team.
