We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join us for an intensive recruitment project for a 4-month contract role with strong potential for extension and permanent employment
This role will lead end-to-end recruitment processes (E2E) across a variety of positions in the company - including software/tech roles as well as customer support, sales, and business positions.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment processes (E2E) from role definition to offer stage
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, structure the hiring process, and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment cycle
Manage the entire candidate journey, including screening, interviews, feedback loops, and offer management
Coordinate and facilitate interview processes across multiple stakeholders
Ensure a structured, efficient, and positive candidate experience throughout the process
Maintain clear communication and alignment with hiring managers and internal teams
Additional Information
Contract role - approximately 4 months
Strong potential to extend and potentially become a permanent position
Immediate or near-immediate availability preferred
Requirements: 2-3+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes (E2E)
Experience recruiting for both technology roles and business/support positions
Strong ability to work closely with hiring managers
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
High level of ownership and ability to independently drive recruitment processes
