In this position, you will be supporting the successful implementation products. The Field Technicians are the connecting link between products and our customers.
In partnership with Customer Success Managers and Solution Engineers, the Field Technicians are interacting with customers at every step of the journey - Form understanding the problem, planning a solution architecture, deploying it at scale and molding the generated data to create customer value. This role requires frequent international travel as a core responsibility.
Responsibilities:

Equipment preparation. This includes mechanical assembly, update firmware, configurations and test of electronic devices.
Inventory management. Responsible for physical and digital inventory management.
Field deployment. Support on customers sites including training, physical HW installation, updating configurations and testing.
Document deployment plans before a visit, and deployment installations following a visit
Document and perform test activities in a structured way, including configuration and results
Requirements: Up to 30% travel
Fluent English - a must
Ability to work in a changing environment with cutting edge technology
Ability to adapt to new information and solve problems quickly on site
High organizational skills, and detail-oriented mindset
Ability to use hand tools, electronic specific tools a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with RF technology deployment like RFID
Driving license required
