Responsibilities
Develop implement effective sales strategies to deliver the companys growth.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Prepare go-to-market plans to penetrate global markets.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a strong sales, marketing, and business development team
Own the full sales cycle from lead to close with large enterprises
Develop and manage a metrics-driven sales pipeline
Manage customer expectations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, manufacturing, and R D to drive deal closure.
Requirements: - Minimum 8 years of proven experience managing and directing international sales teams.
- A strong natural drive to build and grow a business and generate sales.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Solid experience with CRM (experience with Priority is an advantage) and MS Office.
- Experience with sales of technical products is a must.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
- Native English is a must.
- High self-learning ability, passion, and dedication to furthering the goals of the company.
