We are is seeking an Intermediate Customer Success Manager to enhance client satisfaction and drive product adoption. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients succeed and will be proactive in identifying opportunities for upselling and improving service delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as their primary point of contact for any inquiries or issues.
* Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure clients achieve their goals with our services.
* Conduct regular check-ins and health assessments with clients to gauge satisfaction and engagement.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to communicate customer feedback and inform product development.
* Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and features to existing clients.
* Provide training and onboarding support to new clients, ensuring they understand how to utilize our products effectively.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and retention, reporting on results to management.
Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
* Experience with CRM software and customer success tools.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
