The Learning and Development (L&D) Director plays a strategic role in designing, implementing, and managing programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and career development. This position ensures the organization has a skilled and adaptable workforce by aligning learning initiatives with business goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and leveraging innovative training methodologies.
You will:
Develop, implement, and oversee global OD and learning strategies, including leadership programs, talent development, onboarding, performance management, and employee career paths.
Create learning solutions (e-learning, face-to-face, and virtual sessions) ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals and culture.
Lead the execution of workshops, training sessions, and learning programs
Work closely with People department and senior leadership to identify and address skills gaps, promoting a learning culture across the organization.
Design, deliver, and oversee impactful training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management, leadership development, and performance improvement strategies.
Lead and mentor a team of L&D professionals to deliver high-quality training initiatives.
Requirements: For that mission youll need:
Bachelors degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field (Masters preferred).
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Learning and Development or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
Proven ability to lead large-scale organizational learning initiatives.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with facilitate various company training programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew, with the ability to present and engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital learning tools organizational.
