We are seeking an experienced recruiter who will play a central role as we expand through a critical growth phase, helping to maintain our unique culture and values.
As part of the Global Talent team, youll be fully responsible for owning and executing mid- to senior-level roles across Lemonade functional teams. Youll source potential candidates through online and offline channels, including social platforms and professional networks, while collaborating with hiring managers across all of our global locations.
In this role youll:
Act as strategic full-cycle recruiter for your stakeholder group
Influence the overall talent acquisition process and provide expertise and insights.
Utilize analytics to empower managers and department leads to stick to hiring plan timelines.
Develop insightful talent mapping for key roles.
Continuously evaluate the efficacy of our processes and drive operational improvements and efficiencies.
Promote employer branding initiatives (including job postings on social media, hosting or participating in career events and meetups, etc.)
Manage long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Support hiring managers in identifying interview evaluation criteria and competencies to ensure interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally.
Requirements: 4+ years of recruiting experience (with recent internal recruitment background)
Proven ability to work effectively in a team-based organization, collaborating cross-functionally and globally.
Adept at developing recruiting strategies for the sourcing, evaluation, and selection of executive talent.
Firm grasp of recruiting metrics and KPIs, and the ability to implement them to drive decision making.
Experience working in a high-performance environment in a role where multiple projects and competing demands are the norm.
Familiarity with the ATS Greenhouse is a plus.
Ability to work in an office environment.
