hiring a Talent Sourcer who is passionate about finding, engaging, and delivering world-class talent that drives our growth. Youll play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines across multiple functions and geographies, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure were bringing in the very best people. This is a high-impact role where youll leverage sourcing strategies, tools, and data-driven insights to identify and attract top talent globally. Youll be a crucial part of the Talent Acquisition teamhelping us move fast, stay aligned, and make successful hires.
Responsibilities
Lead direct sourcing efforts to identify and engage top-quality candidates.
Partner with recruiters to define ideal candidate profiles and adjust throughout the search.
Maintain an organized, accurate, and transparent sourcing workflow in our ATS.
Leverage sourcing platforms and automation tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, hireEZ, AmazingHiring, etc.) for maximum efficiency.
Use AI tools to optimize outreach and improve candidate conversion.
Ensure consistent candidate follow-up and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to drive successful hires.
Share best practices, insights, and ideas to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized, data-driven, and able to maintain accuracy in ATS systems.
Proven ability to work independently while staying results-oriented.
Experience sourcing for tech companies, preferably in high-growth environments- Advantage
Global sourcing experience across multiple geographies-Advantage
Strong data skills to inform sourcing decisions and improve performance- Advantage
Familiarity with AI tools and messaging automation in sourcing.
Business acumen and understanding of how talent impacts company success.
