Exaware is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing activities across the company and support global initiatives. This role is central to strengthening our brand driving demand and leading external communications including PR thought leadership and hands on management of LinkedIn as a strategic marketing channel for brand visibility engagement and demand generation.
The ideal candidate is hands on strategic driven and comfortable working in a fast paced technology environment with close collaboration across teams.
What you will do:
- Own the marketing strategy aligned with global company objectives.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels content events and partnerships.
- Manage brand positioning messaging and go to market activities.
- Drive lead generation programs in collaboration with sales.
- Manage inbound and outbound marketing initiatives to support pipeline growth.
- Track campaign performance analyze results and continuously optimize
activities.
- Lead PR activities including media relations press releases and brand
storytelling.
- Coordinate messaging across marketing sales and PR channels.
- Create and manage marketing content including presentations website
materials case studies and customer communications.
- Manage LinkedIn presence including content strategy posting calendar
performance tracking and engagement growth.
- Work closely with sales and leadership to translate value propositions into clear and compelling messaging.
- Monitor market trends competitive landscape and customer needs.
- Support new market entry initiatives and positioning efforts.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Marketing Manager preferably in B2B technology or software companies.
- Hands on experience with PR media relations or brand positioning is a
strong advantage.
- Hands on experience managing LinkedIn as a business marketing channel including content and audience growth is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing demand generation and branding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
- Hands on mindset with the ability to plan and execute independently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
