we are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist & Administrator to join our fast growing company, based in a new building in Givatayim. This position is a full time position, required coming to the office every day.
As a front desk receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for anyone who arrives at the office. You will answer phone calls and emails, work with courier companies and work with service providers and contractors.
This position is part of the Finance department!
What You'll Be Doing day to day:
Welcoming visitors, directing and announcing them appropriately
Manage planning and logistics associated with calendars, meetings and conference rooms
Respond to employee inquiries and office needs
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Lead office and facilities maintenance
Serve as the main point of contact for vendors and manage ongoing communication with service providers.
Conduct regular cleaning audits and inspections to ensure the highest standards are met.
Oversee facility maintenance and coordinate repairs to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
Handle daily operations management to support seamless office logistics and employee experience
Support procurement by creating and managing purchase orders for facility expenses while ensuring all necessary approvals and documentation are in place.
Requirements: At least 1 year experience as a Front-Desk / Receptionist / Office Manager
Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and demanding environment
Multitask and prioritize work
Highly organized with attention to details and an outstanding work ethic
Always willing to 'roll up the sleeves' and do what it takes to get the job done
Great communication skills: written and verbal in Hebrew and English
Service oriented, positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude
Full proficiency in MS office
Ability to work in a full time position from Givatayim in work shifts between: 8:30-17:30.
