we are looking for a full-time Office & People Admin to serve as the heartbeat of our Tel Aviv office and play a central role in driving both culture and operations. This hands-on position spans all aspects of the day-to-day office environment to create meaningful moments that strengthen our culture.

This is a full-time, on-site role in our Tel Aviv office, SundayThursday, 9:0018:00.
What youll do:
Ownership of all aspects related to the day-to-day office operations & budget
Responsible for procurement, working with various service providers and vendors
Provide executive support to the Co-Founder, including calendar management and coordination of business travel.
Initiate and deliver all employee experience projects and welfare activities
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, assisting employees, and overseeing general administrative tasks.
Oversee office and kitchen supplies by maintaining inventory, placing orders, and ensuring timely replenishment.
Work hand-in-hand with the senior leadership to optimize the work environment for the different teams
Assist in the onboarding process of new employees.
Requirements: 2+ years' experience as an Office or Admin Manager, in a startup environment
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High-level English, both written and spoken - MUST.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ Google Suite - Specially in Excel.
Familiarity with People Admin and Employee Experience tasks.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Have a fun, energetic, people-oriented approach.
Proficiency in Google Suite is required.
Bachelors/Masters degree in a relevant field.
