We are looking for an Atlassian Platform Expert & Enterprise AI to join our IT Team as a temporary 1 year maternity leave (MLA) replacement, who has a passion for collaboration tools, process optimization, and IT service management, who has a desire to streamline workflows, improve user experience, and ensure the successful implementation and management of Atlassian tools like Jira, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence.
We use an interesting and mixed technology stack: Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence (Wiki), and integrations with various internal systems and third-party tools.
In this position, you will use your expertise in configuring Atlassian tools and will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of Jira-based workflows, manage Jira Service Desk projects, maintain documentation in Wiki, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and design Jira Service Management projects, workflows, screens, custom fields, SLAs etc.
Develop and maintain custom automation rules, queues, forms, and dashboards to improve efficiency and visibility
Collaborate with stakeholders across our company departments to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Monitor system performance, manage platform upgrades, and apply best practices for platform reliability and scalability
Create and deploy AI based projects or solutions that enhance business operations, drive innovation, and improve decision making across various domains.
Requirements: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems.
2+ years of hands-on experience administering Jira Service Management (Atlassian tools) in a global company including Jira Service Desk, Jira and Confluence or Wiki
Basic understanding of REST APIs, Groovy scripting, and SQL
Strong service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring effective and professional interactions with clients and team members
Proactive team player with excellent interpersonal skills, a detail oriented mindset, and the ability to independently prioritize tasks and drive solutions in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI trends and their potential impact on service management and IT operation.
