The Electrical Engineer role in the Sustain R&D team will focus on project assignments within the electrical and electronic subsystems of our entire medical laser console portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
Lead or participate in project teams to develop clear specifications, participate in design improvement efforts, and define timeline for electrical re-design and testing work.

Complete project deliverables on time and monitor project schedule and scope changes to assure team can meet delivery requirements.
Coordinate, monitor, and document project designs, estimates, and costs.

Lead project teams that include Quality Engineers, Regulatory Specialists, Field Service, and V&V Engineers in the risk management, design improvement, testing, and documentation of medical laser in compliance with worldwide medical device standards.
Design electrical systems and electrical boards.
Lead electrical investigations partnering with system engineer and SW team.
